Rhonda is a Speech Language Pathologist with the Conway Public School District at Julia Lee Moore Elementary. She is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas where she met her husband, Troy. This July they will celebrate their 24th wedding anniversary. Rhonda and Troy have two children. Their daughter, Alex, attends the University of Central Arkansas and their son, Jace, will be a senior next year at Conway High School. Jace also plays trumpet in the Conway High School Band. They have two cats, Callie and Sweet Pea who think they rule our house.

One of Rhonda’s favorite hobbies is to watch Jace play trumpet in the Conway High School Marching band on Friday nights and at competitions. She loves to volunteer for band events and help out as much as possible. She believes the directors and students in the Conway Band are really some of the best people she has ever had the privilege of knowing. Another favorite hobby of the Gruchalskis is to travel. They love adventure!

Rhonda’s favorite teams to root for are the Wampus Cats, Arkansas Razorbacks, and the Chicago Cubs. Since she is married to a huge Michigan Wolverine fan, she has grown to love the excitement of this team as well.
